About Diccon Wilks — Founder
I'm Diccon Wilks, founder of Property Capital Funding and a Certified Private Money Broker.
My professional training includes Private Money Broker Certification, Cash Flow Certification, and ongoing investor strategy mentoring through leading private lending programmes. That education helps me assess deals, communicate effectively with funding partners, and guide investors through the funding process.
What I've set out to build is a funding business investors can rely on. Clear communication. Organised systems. No unnecessary complexity. A straightforward path from first conversation to funded deal.
I work remotely with U.S. investors and funding partners from the United Kingdom. Modern communication, digital documentation, and availability aligned with U.S. business hours allow us to provide responsive, professional support to investors throughout the United States.
